Xiaomei Xie, female, born in April 1989 in Linyi City, Shandong Province, joined the work in August 2010. She graduated from Northwestern Technical University with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and technology, and obtained a master's degree in management from the University of Warwick UK. She is currently the CEO of Shandong Xianglong Industrial Group Co., Ltd., the Director of Shandong Engineering Research Center for Fertilizer Efficiency Technology, and the vice President of the New Fertilizer Branch of China Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Industry Association. She presided over the sub-project of the Shandong Provincial Key R&D Program "Green Fertilizer and Soil Health Product Science and Technology Demonstration Project" (2022SFGC0301), and participated in the Shandong Provincial Key R&D Program "Research and Demonstration of Complete Sets of Soil Remediation Technology for Vegetable Fields and Orchards" (2021CXGC010801), the Central Government's Guidance of Local Science and Technology Development Fund Project "Experimental Demonstration and Quality and Efficiency Improvement Research of Microbial Inoculants in Angelica Sinensis Industry in Dingxi Region" and "
